Seaspeed
was established in 1990 by Stephen Phillips, an experienced naval architect and marine engineer, who has been closely involved in the development of the high speed craft industry in Europe, Australasia and the USA.
Meet the Team
Since that time Seaspeed has continued to specialise in the technology and safety of marine transportation, unmanned craft and offshore vessels and systems, serving a wide range of international stakeholders. Due to unprecedented activity in these sectors. the Seaspeed business was acquired by Houlder Ltd in 2022 and continues to offer the same, but expanded, range of services.
With offices based in Chichester, UK, our facilities include workshops for the preparation and maintenance of instrumentation and for ship scale model and marine system prototype build.
